SALES MANAGER (FI)

What to expect from this role?

As our Sales Manager, you will help our customers to streamline their businesses with the help of automation. Your ideal day with us will start with finding sales opportunities, continues with nurturing existing customers and ends with you closing a deal. Your approach to selling is consultative, and you ask your customer as many questions it takes to understand their business. By recognizing their bottlenecks and their process pain points, you will help increase their productivity and even create new business models.

What do we expect from you?

You have experience in working with external customers but sales experience is not mandatory. Though mandatory is that you listen, you ask questions and you love to learn.

The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate

  
  • Understanding and skills for solving business problems with technology
  • Credibility in discussing solutions that combine hardware and software
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Finnish as well as business English is mandatory. Ability to speak other languages is considered an advantage.
