What to expect from this role?
We record our customers’ business transactions with the help of IoT technologies, and you will implement and support applications for them.
Hundreds of professional users use Turck Vilant applications for data collection. You will ensure that both our tailor-made and standard applications are adopted correctly to meet their specific needs.
We are happy to open following three positions for enthusiastic customer service representatives to join our solutions & lifecycle services team:
We deliver IoT-based data collection systems that consist of software applications, hardware, and integration to customers’ business systems. Our systems have often been in use for many years, and our solutions & lifecycle services team plays an important role in ensuring that the solutions remain functional. Your task is to ensure we follow SLA times and prevent potential failures. Our customers interact with us in various ways, and we serve them quickly and efficiently. A motivated and international team will support you.
You will work mainly at our office in Espoo and some of your work will require traveling, mainly in Europe, and usually about one to four times per month. You will co-operate globally with different stakeholders for example other engineers, project managers and software developers.
You don’t have to be an expert in RFID – we will teach you.

- A field application engineer with experience working with hardware and software. You are a vital resource in implementing our RFID solutions. You will mainly specify, test, commission, and support our customer systems.
- Two technical support engineers who mainly take care of our running customer systems and support with their various requests. Support is done mostly remotely with ticketing tool and phone but you will also visit customers. You are a person who enjoys solving technical challenges and troubleshooting.
